US Customs Ruling: Country of Origin Markings on Kegs
The Brewers Association has changed its “Performance Guidelines for Refillable Kegs“ and is now reflecting the ruling from United States Customs and Border Patrol (USCBP).
The legal requirement to put country of origin on kegs imported into the United States will be noted in both Purchasing and Procurement, section 4 and Regulatory and Safety, section 6 of the Performance Guidelines.
Rest assured that all kegs from Blefa have complied with this legal requirement since 1974.

Blefa Kegs is still under the private ownership of the Artemis Group. Blefa Kegs has added a new keg distribution facility in Vancouver, WA to support West Coast customers.
