Do you want perfect traceability and improved quality assurance for your kegs? The keg management services from BLEFA BEVERAGE SYSTEMS don‘t only include perfect traceability and improved quality performance.
Our keg management also offers you a 2D matrix barcode, a QR code and UHF/LF-RFID and Bulk Scanning. Our stainless steel kegs are fitted with a 2D matrix barcode or QR code as standard, but you can also equip stainless steel kegs from BLEFA BEVERAGE SYSTEMS with an RFID transponder. This will also enable you, in addition to the possibilities offered by lasered codes to read data from entire forklift loads of kegs all at once.
So, the strength of the UHF transponder clearly lies in reverse logistics, when distributors are returning kegs and you quickly need to identify which kegs really belong to you and for how many you are prepared to pay the deposit refunds. Recording all the details of your entire keg fleet exactly, optimizing circulation times and compiling precise maintenance plans can then be done much more accurately with the acquired data. Simple, practical and clear!
2D-Matrix Barcode
The 2D-Matrix Barcode for your stainless steel kegs is a 2d code which we apply as a sticker to the keg body, or as a laser etching in addition to the sticker, depending on your wishes. This makes it the permanent companion of your stainless steel kegs. This process enables you to monitor your kegs simply and reliably. The label’s international code type is “Data Matrix ECC200” and can be ordered in a size of 25 x 25. With the 2D-Matrix Barcode from BLEFA BEVERAGE SYSTEMS you decide yourself which data is to be collected through the barcode on your stainless steel keg.
UHF/LF-RFID and Bulk Scanning
Our automatic identification solution with the UHF / LF-RFID transponder technology is especially efficient when the transponder has to go through reading bridges. The UHF / LF-RFID transponder technology enables the contactless scanning of your kegs in several transport units. This makes incoming and outgoing deliveries of your kegs child’s play and guarantees the fast logistical collection and processing of data even for large numbers of stainless steel kegs.
Competence in bulk scanning
Another keg management service offered by BLEFA BEVERAGE SYSTEMS is bulk scanning. Our partners’ transponder systems enable large numbers of kegs on moving forklift trucks to be scanned simultaneously.
